What to do when the telephone was lost or stolen?
If you discovered that TRIATEL phone with RUIM card was stolen or lost, call immediately to 123 for your number blockage. If the telephone was stolen, then a telephone theft claim to a police should be written.

When I will receive a bill?
Bills for the previous month are sent monthly, from second till tenth date of each month.

When is the due date of bill payment?
The bill should be paid until the 16-th date of each month.

What should be done if the bill was not received?
If the address of bill reception conforms to post index and the bill was not received until the middle of the month, then you have to recourse at Latvijas Pasts. It is also possible to pay for TRIATEL services without a bill. In this case you have to know your client number and account number. This information can be received at information call centre 123. If the client does not receive a bill, it does not exempt him from payment at a due time.

What is a credit limit?
Credit limit - is a sum of money established by TRIATEL, within the limit of which, subscriber may use the services of the company without a prepayment. Credit limit includes the payment for calls and additional services for the current month, as well as unpaid bill for previous month.

What is deposit?
Deposit - is a sum of money, invested by subscriber as a guarantee for bill payment. Terminating the contract the deposit will be fully returned.

How to send messages to an e-mail from a phone?
The message should be written starting with a receiver e-mail, which separates the text by a space mark. SMS should be sent to a number 5805.

How to send messages from e-mail to a TRIATEL mobile phone?
Message should be sent to an e-mail 258XXXXX@sms.triatel.lv, where 58XXXXX is a receiver's telephone number.
