Call forward
This function diverts incoming calls to any other mobile or landline phone number.
Triatel offers new service - "Call forward" using Triatel homepage.
This service will make easier the process of call forwarding and will save time, because it is based on the possibility to set a list of call forward' s for all week long, witch activates and deactivates automatically.
Redirect call forwarding using Triatel homepage
To use this service it is necessary to registr at Triatel hompage, section " Call overview".
- To activate the service, you must fill in the necessary fields and press OK
- You must enter the desired date and time of diverting (forwarding will be activated automatically)
- You can disable call forwarding on the TRIATEL hompage or on your mobile phone by entering the code # 72, and pressing the keys' call
How to set call forwared using your mobile phone?
There are following types of call forwarding:
- Call Forward Unconditional (CFU)- All incoming calls will be forwarded immediately to the choosen number
- Call Forward Busy (CFB)- when number is busy
- Call Forward No Answer (CFNA)- if your phone does not respond, it is switched off or out of coverage
To be able to use call forward, it is necessary to apply for it in Triatel customer service centr and activate it by entering a key combination.
